The villa’s staff team includes two private chefs to prepare your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. One of the highlights of a stay at Villa Malaathina is the chance to witness the chefs as they expertly slice, dice and sizzle an incredible array of meats and vegetables at the grill in the Teppanyaki pavilion.

Health-conscious guests will be delighted with the holistic and low calorie menu selections that the chef has created. Many of the vegetables used in the kitchen are grown in the villa’s vegetable garden, so guests can enjoy the freshest, seasonal produce possible.

The chef is also more than happy to tailor meals to accommodate any special dietary requirements and can also cook an extensive range of delicious home-style meals featuring Asian and international dishes to cater to all tastes, with an excellent selection of vegetarian and children’s options.

Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price plus 20%. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals the evening before.
